Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Espressione International Ltd (hereinafter “Espressione”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.espressione.co.uk and the purchase of Coffee products, coffee machines, accessories and related products offered by us (collectively “Products”). By using our Site and purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility
To use this site and make purchases, you must beat least 18 years old, and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By using our site you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Prices
All our prices are inclusive of delivery (UK Only) & VAT at the current rate where applicable, VAT is not applicable on coffee. Our prices may change without notice. All prices are listed in £ sterling and include delivery unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by BACS or one of the credit cards listed on the check out page of the website. Payment must be made in full before products are shipped.
Orders
All products sold by Espressione are new unless otherwise stated on our website. After placing your online order with us, you will receive an email advising your order number. If you do not receive this within 1 working day please advise us by e mail. Once you have received your order number, please use it in any subsequent enquiry.
In the unlikely event that a product or coffee is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all products and coffees at time of ordering, products, which are out of stock, will be marked but we cannot guarantee that if it does not say Out of Stock it is in stock as that information is not always known.
Delivery
- Timeframes: Delivery for stock items is usually 3 to 5 working days. All items are subject to stock availability and payment clearance. You will be notified if your delivery is going to take longer than 5 working days.
- Special Orders: Where goods are subject to a Special Order delivery dates are estimated on the product page of the website.
- Ownership: Title passes on payment in full for products purchased.
- Location: Delivery is to the UK mainland only (not including Channel Islands). Please contact us if you require delivery to other locations and we will quote for any additional postage charges.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel your order with us within 7 working days of purchase as long as the products have not been used, are unopened, kept within original undamaged packaging and are in a resalable condition.
- Coffee: We do not make refunds in respect of coffee deliveries.
- Costs: All transport costs of bringing such products back to Espressione is the responsibility of the customer and therefore will be deducted from the original selling price upon refund.
- Liability: Espressione cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit and goods must be securely packed in the original packaging.
- Authorization: All returns must be authorised by Espressione in writing prior to sending products back.
Warranty & Replacement
Espressione offers maximum warranty period in accordance with manufacturers terms. This period can vary from model to model and is stated clearly next to each product, subject to conditions set out below. It commences at the date of delivery to customers.
If a fault is found with the product, you must notify us immediately. We will help to rectify the problem by giving appropriate advice on the telephone or by email. If the problem still cannot be resolved, we will collect the product from you for inspection at our expense and promptly repair the product and send it back to you. If no fault is found with the product, we will reserve the right to require you to reimburse us for the transport cost.
Repairs carried out which are chargeable to customers are priced at rates ruling at the date of repair, and warranty on such repairs runs for 6 months from the date of such repairs. We do not offer refunds on products that have been used.
Warranty Exclusions
We are not responsible for any losses to you or any 3rd party resulting from the malfunction of products, and we are not responsible for any accidental damage to products.
Products which are found to be used contrary to manufacturers’ instructions or are neglected, misused or abused will have the warranty invalidated. Modifications to products not carried out by AE Stanton or its authorised agents will invalidate the warranty.
Espressione is not liable for any damage or injury caused to customers, by the use of any of the goods it sells. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct item(s) have been purchased and is used in the way intended. The Company’s liability under the terms of this warranty will be limited to the value of the goods only and not for any consequential damages, injuries or losses howsoever caused.
Espressione is not responsible for damage to any product caused by limescale.
By purchasing our products you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out in this warranty. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Other
- Trademarks: All Trademarks are the property of their rightful owners.
- Severability: If any part these terms and conditions shall be found to be unlawful it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the conditions.
- Governing Law: This contract is and shall be deemed to have made in England and shall in all respects be governed by English law.
- WEE Directive: Waste Electrical and Electronic Goods – Goods with the crossed wheelie bin symbol can be collected free of charge when you want to dispose of them, please contact us for details.
- Complaints: In the event of a complaint, please email giving us as much detail as you can. We will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this.
